Prospective Students must meet the following Admission Requirements prior to enrollment:
Complete the Enrollment Agreement & submitt the $50.00 Application Fee (Checks made payable to Cape Cod Massage Academy.
Prospective Students must submit copies of a standard high school diploma, GED equivalent, home-study certificate, or transcript from a home study program that is equivalent to high school level and is recognized by the student’s home state. Higher education credentials earned, such as an AS, AA, BA, BS, MBA, or PhD may be accepted. College transcripts that clearly identify the high school attended and the graduation date may be accepted as proof of high school graduation.
If students are unable to provide this documentation, they should:
Have your official academic transcripts from your high school and from all previously attended post-secondary institutions (including colleges, universities, vocational/technical schools and PSEO credits) sent directly to Cape Cod Massage Academy. To request an official transcript, contact the Registrar's Office at your prior institution(s).

Write a two-page summary of your interests and goals, addressing these questions:
a. Why are you interested in massage therapy?
b. How much background reading have you done about massage therapy?
c. Have you had personal experience with massage therapy?
d. Do you have any previous involvement in health or human services?
e. In your previous occupations and studies, what have you found to be most rewarding and most challenging?
f. Explain why you feel you wil be a good healthcare practitioner
g. How will you balance your work and personal life with the program’s time and financial obligations?
The State of Massachusetts requires LMT Applicants to submit a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) Personal Request Form as part of the Initial Application. Additionally, CCMA Student's may be required to have a completed CORI to perform Community Service Projects as part of the Supervised Clinical Practicum.
